As you probably already know at A&D it’s always Gin o’clock and our little love affair with this magical liquor has always run deep.
 
We love discovering quality and authenticity in our cocktails, which explains our passion for the simplicity of a classic G&T. Gin has been making its revival in the past decade across Europe and the US. A growing number of artisan distilleries have been producing traditional small batch gins with more exotic botanicals than ever – giving us more adventurous and exciting versions to suit the ever-expanding palate of gin lovers! We of course had to make sure our little island had the best selection we could get! Over the years we have been bringing in the finest and rarest gins we could get our hands on; even to the point of creating our very own gin!
 
So of course, when it came down to creating a new concept for our Happy Hour we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Fridays then than with our fave spirit!
 
We are true believers in good vibes, yummy sharable food and mouthwatering Gin cocktails bringing people together. We can’t think of a more perfect excuse to gather our friends, work mates and loves ones to kick off another weekend in paradise than with our Gin-ius Friday Happy Hour!
 
Join us every Friday from 4pm – 8pm as we get stuck into delicious $8 handcrafted G&T’s and irresistible Gin-based cocktails as well as more-ish sharable food boards like our Sausage and Sliders No. 389 Boards.
